About 3saRaye, a highly sensitive person

Thanks for Dr. Elaine Aron, Ph.D,  I found what I unconsciously had been searching for my entire life:  ME!  During Covid, I accepted a LOA from my employer and moved away from what I called "Los Angrylees" for 14 months and took the time to work on building a Van near my father's home to help with finances when I was to return to Ca.  Shortly before returning, I was given a short and sweet bit of information that sent me looking for answers:  "You might be more of an Empath than you realize. 

I searched YouTube for content and eventually I found this title, "The Highly Sensitive Person", on audible. I went back to LA with a deeper understanding of my sensitivity and I have learned to forgive myself for things I did not discern as gaslighting from those around me and how I allowed others to manipulate my kind nature.
